At Circle R, we understand that every family’s financial situation is different. To make camp more accessible while maintaining the high-quality experience we’re known for, we offer a three-tiered pricing model. Families are invited to select the tier that best fits their circumstances—no questions asked. Your choice remains completely confidential and has no impact on the experience your camper receives.
Tier 1 – Supporter Rate
This tier reflects the full true cost of operating summer camp and includes a contribution that helps make camp possible for children who might not otherwise be able to attend. Choosing Tier 1 supports our community and strengthens the Circle R experience for everyone.
Tier 2 – Standard Rate
This tier represents the actual cost of running our summer camp program.
Tier 2 is the standard camp fee for 2026.Tier 3 – Assisted Rate
This tier offers reduced fees for families who need financial support. Tier 3 is made possible thanks to the generosity of families who choose Tier 1.
No matter which tier you select, every camper enjoys the same high-quality, meaningful, and joy-filled Circle R experience.

There is no charge to join the waitlist. If a camper cancels or changes their registration, spaces may become available for waitlisted families; however, no additional spaces will be added to the camp. If you are on the waitlist, we recommend registering for another session you are able to attend. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your session date, as spaces are filling quickly. There is no fee to change your registration date as long as space is available. Being on the waitlist also makes you eligible to receive early registration information for next summer’s camp.

Circle R Ranch strives to create a simple and relaxed lifestyle, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We believe that time away from video games, TV, the internet and the fast paced world of electronics helps place a greater emphasis on what camp is all about—making friends, connecting with the natural world, and increasing self awareness and self-esteem. For this reason we ask you to please not send a cell phone or any screens to camp.

Camp runs rain or shine! If it is lightly raining, we try to continue the program as planned so please dress for the weather. With extreme weather or continuous rain, we take shelter as needed and have fun backup plans.
-
Our camp is located on rugged, natural terrain. To reach buildings and activity areas, campers must navigate steep inclines, uneven forest floors, gravel, and sand. Due to these natural features, our site is not AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) compliant and unable to accommodate wheelchairs or mobility scooters. We are happy to chat with you to determine if our specific layout is a fit for your child’s needs.

Camper Code of Conduct (2026)
At Circle R Ranch, our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where campers and community members can feel at home. Our Code of Conduct helps foster respect, safety, and a positive community for all participants—campers and staff alike.
Behaviour Expectations
If a camper’s behaviour compromises the safety or well-being of themselves or others, we will make every effort to address the situation through problem-solving and behavioural coaching. Parents or guardians will be notified, consulted, and kept informed throughout the process.
It is important to understand that if negative behaviour persists, Circle R Ranch reserves the right to remove the camper from the program. In such cases, camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In more serious situations—such as engagement in illegal activity or behaviour that jeopardizes the physical or emotional safety of others—a camper may be removed immediately and without warning.
Circle R also maintains a strict set of policies and procedures for staff, which are available upon request.
Code of Conduct Guidelines
All campers are expected to abide by the following:
No smoking, alcohol, or illicit drugs on camp property.
No dangerous items, including sharp knives or tools, unless approved and held safely by camp staff.
No cell phone use during camp hours.
Respectful behaviour at all times: Bullying, teasing, harassment, swearing, or aggressive acts are not tolerated. Even seemingly minor actions can have lasting consequences for others.
Stay within designated camp boundaries, which will be explained during the camper orientation.
Thank you for reviewing the Circle R Camper Code of Conduct. We value the partnership with our campers and families to ensure a positive, fun, and safe camp experience. We look forward to another wonderful summer!
