"The LOP program was the best two weeks of the summer for me. I always loved going to Circle R as a Camper, but by being a LOP it truly elevated my outlook on the magical place of Circle R Ranch. Through this program I established long lasting relationships with my future co-counsellors, learned how to be an effective leader, developed key problem solving skills that I continue to use in my daily life, and truly grasped the fact that the counsellors enthusiasm is what puts the life and excitement into our camp.”

“The LOP program encouraged me to develop important skills that help me not only in my counsellor position but in my day-to-day life as well. LOP's acted as a stepping stone into the role of camp counsellor, and I would strongly recommend the program to anyone who is interested in furthering their camp journey.”
