Lodge Rentals
Our main lodge and picnic sites are available for an evening get-together, afternoon family outing, or for a holiday or staff party. Bring your group out for a meeting and plan a horseback ride, pony rides for children, wagon rides, ski, or snowshoe activities.
Our Upper Floor in main lodge can seat Approx 90 -100 people. Please be advised that during November and December, holiday rates apply.

Basic Birthday Package
Ages: 3–10 years
Celebrate your child’s birthday with a fun, farm-based adventure! This package includes:
Tractor-drawn wagon (hay) ride – 30 minutes through the scenic Dingman Creek Valley
Pony rides – 30 minutes with hand-led ponies (two ponies provided; more for larger groups)
Farm animal tour
Available in Spring and Fall
Food & Gathering Space
Families are welcome to bring their own food, dishes, and cutlery
Outdoor picnic area included for 1 hour
Indoor lodge rental: $100 + HST for 1 hour (optional)

$27 + HST per additional child
Adults attend free
Deposit: $100 (paid online at booking)
Balance: Due on the day of the party (cash, cheque, credit, or debit)

Program: 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Gathering: 12:30 – 1:30 pm

Program: 1:30 – 3:00 pm
Gathering: 3:00 – 4:00 pm

Alternative Birthday Programs (Ages 8+)
Choose one 1-hour activity:
Archery (Spring & Fall)
Learn basic archery skills including stance, aiming, and equipment safety.
Initiative Tasks (Spring & Fall)
Team-building challenges that promote communication, cooperation, and confidence.
Cross-Country Skiing (Winter)
Includes equipment, a mini lesson, and a guided beginner trail.

Tractor Drawn Wagon Rides
Enjoy a tractor drawn wagon ride along the scenic Dingman Creek valley. This ride makes a great addition to your group picnic or gathering.
Tractor drawn wagon rides are $300 +HST for an hour or $150 +HST for a half hour.
Holiday rate of $175 +HST per half hour and $350 + HST per hour applies for the month of December up to January 2nd. Please contact our office for more information.
Please note participants get to sit on thick pads instead of hay. Approximately 18 adults fit on a wagon ride at a time.
